It would be all 5 stars, except after buying five of them (for friends -- I have become the Wi-Fi guy to my friends), one was bad and I returned it. The not so fun part is paying for shipping for a damaged item when it arrived. From my stats (nothing scientific) you have a 20% chance you'll need to do the same. In my mind, worth the risk for the price value. As of this time, new these items are about 2x the price.

After reconciling minor conflicts to achieve operational WRT54G2 statis, it seems to be reliable. I am not at all pleased with Linksys customer support. J&R, as usual, came through for me and made it right. Thanks J&R.

"I bought a factory-refurbished WRT54G2 version of this router for a slightly cheaper price, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. I'm using it just for a simple wireless network in my small college apartment. A setup CD is included, but Mac OS X users be warned: Linksys does not play well with Apple. The setup utility on the CD won't even run on a Mac. Thankfully, Linksys provides a free Mac setup utility on their website (go to the router's product page on their site, click on "More Information," select version 1.0). However, no mention of this is given anywhere on the box or any included papers. I had to Google around to find it, which was frustrating.

I finally upgraded from a wireless-b to a WRT54G2 g broadband router. There is no comparison! This unit is easy to install and delivers what it promises, besides being very reasonable.

The package arrived from Amazon in time. The installation was pretty easy. I have internet phone in my home, so this wireless router is connected to that device. It works well, I never had to toggle the power switch, as I had to do with some other wireless routers that I have worked with.

I have not tried WRT54G2 Wireless Printing...so cannot comment on that.
